Application FAQs

Want to participate? We’ve got answers to your questions!

  • Applications for the 2026 festival are now closed. Late applications are not accepted. We ask for 6 representative images and a brief description of your work. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee.

To stay in the loop for this event and future artist opportunities, join our mailing list (in the site footer) and follow us on social media!

  • You must be either the designer, creator, or maker of the products you sell at Indie Craft Parade. This excludes vintage or thrifted goods as well as products made by big box retailers.

  • Yes, all exhibitor booths are located indoors. The festival spans 5 buildings on the historic Judson Mill campus, and while we utilize some outside spaces for food vendors and sponsors, all artist booths are indoors.

  • No, booth sharing is not allowed. Because each maker’s work is juried into the show separately, we do not permit shared booths. If you are a gallery owner, boutique owner, or part of a collective, you may only submit your own work. Individual artists must each apply separately.

  • Applicants will be notified of their application status on May 5, 2026.

  • Yes, a waiting list will be created from the pool of applications. We receive hundreds of applications each year, but we only have enough room to fit ~100 makers.

Artists are brought up from the waiting list if a space in their exhibiting category becomes available.

  • I just love the attendees. They are wonderful, thoughtful, and so excited to support local makers which is incredibly encouraging!

    — The Midnight Post

  • This was the best organized show I’ve ever been a part of. I’ve heard so many attendees and vendors alike say how this is their favorite show of the year, and I absolutely see why.

    — Sara McCandless Illustration

  • The way that you make artists feel valued is something that I rarely experience in the art community and it’s super appreciated!

    — Darkstar Machinations

  • We makers talk among ourselves about which shows we do, pros and cons, and give each other suggestions. I’ve never met anyone who had a different favorite show.

    — Fair Isle

  • Many markets we attend focus more on the attendees rather than the makers. I believe happy makers make happy attendees. Thank you for providing a safe space for all parties.

    — Camp Craft Cocktails

  • It was our largest revenue show yet. I loved being able to witness people taking in our new products and get feedback and questions and ideas!
