Applications to the fourth annual Indie Craft Parade will open June 1, 2013.
Indie Craft Parade is a juried event. All interested participants must submit an application and four photos of their work along with a non-refundable $20 application fee.
We will notify all applicants if their work has or has not been selected to be part of Indie Craft Parade.
Applications are accepted through our website via a simple online form. Applications are open from June 1-23, 2013.
Indie Craft Parade requires four representative images (for each category) you’d like to enter. Please remember that your photos are the primary basis upon which the jury will evaluate your work. Take time to make sure the photos you submit best portray your work. Your application cannot be submitted without the required photos.
There is a non-refundable $20 application fee. This fee can be paid through Paypal (you can pay via credit card or Paypal account).
Both full (8 ft. table) and half-size (4 ft. table) booths are available for an exhibition fee of $95 and $65, respectively. A limited number of corner booths are also available. Participants who have been selected by the jury have until July 6 to reserve and finalize their spaces. Exhibition fees must be received by the same date, or your space will be forfeited and given to someone on the waiting list. If you’ve been selected to be part of Indie Craft Parade, we’ll email you instructions for paying your exhibition fee.
Guidelines and Policies
By submitting your application and photos, you guarantee that the work presented is your original creation. We reserve the right to dismiss any exhibitor if they have misrepresented themselves or their merchandise, or for any reason we deem appropriate.

The Waiting List: How It Works
A waiting list will be compiled during the jury process. Applicants may be placed on the waiting list due to the number of votes they receive or the availability of space in their category. In the event that a participant cancels, we will contact a vendor on the waiting list whose goods were entered into that same category. We will notify any waiting list participants as soon as a space opens up. They will have four days from being notified to confirm their space and pay their exhibition fee. After four days, if we have not received confirmation and payment, the space will be offered to another vendor on the waiting list.
